Work Capacity Circuit 1

Combination:

Perform after all climbing or on a separate day.

Instructions:

Perform the following exercises in order.

  1. 1 minute farmer’s carry with moderate weight RPE4-5
  2. Dead bug hip opener x2 each side, hold open position for 2 breaths.
  3. Split squat x6 on one side with moderate weight RPE5-6
    (Alternate the side you do first with each set)
  4. Dead bug leg lowers x8 reps. Lower slowly, 5 seconds.
  5. Split squat x6 on the other side with same weight

Rest ~1 min between sets. Some muscular fatigue is expected.
