Load determination:

Choose two bells that you can confidently use for the whole set. If you’re not sure, use lighter bells and complete a round of fewer reps to assess your readiness. Always err on the side of lighter bells.

Combination:

Perform after all climbing or on a separate day.

Instructions:

3-5 rounds, unless otherwise specified by your plan.

3 Reverse lunge each side; keep the bells racked

Do not set the bells down between exercises.

Rest twice as long as it takes you to finish the round; so if the round takes you 1 minute, rest 2 minutes before the next round. Your plan may specify a different rest ratio.
