Choose a bell you can get-up and press comfortably. There is an endurance component.
Combination:
Perform after all climbing or on a separate day.
Instructions:
3 rounds each side, alternating sides:
Floor press. Rack the bell as beginning a TGU. Floor press 5 times (elbow to floor.)
TGU. Continue directly into the get-up, up and down.
Half-kneeling press. Press 5 times. Rest 1 minute.
