Load determination:
Select two bells of equivalent weight that you can comfortably clean and press at the same time.
Try not to put the bells down for the round. Rest 2 minutes in between rounds.
Combination:
Can pair with bouldering if the weights are light. Perform after all climbing and after adequate rest (15-20 minutes.) Pairs well with aerobic climbing and finger work.
