Problem selection:
Select a spray wall or well-populated wall of problems. Aim for gently overhanging 10-30 degrees, unless specified by your plan. Climbing difficulty should be roughly 30-50% of your maximum boulder grade.
Climbing:
Climb one minute, rest one minute. Feel free to chalk up / shake out on the wall, but just once per hand – keep moving.
You can occupy your rest time by planning out your next segment of climbing, or doing mobility drills. Do not perform strength or climbing exercises during your minute off.
Try not to repeat the same moves over and over – mix it up.
Focus:
This is a low intensity session, and you should not fail. You should maintain a light pump.
Combination:
Combine with anything. Perform after power / strength climbing and before conditioning. Also makes a good rest day activity.
