Problem selection & preparation:
This is a simple drill that can be done on most gym boulders, or on easy boulders outside with lots of holds. Board problems will rarely be accommodating since they usually have very few holds as it is. However, some easy board problems might suffice, like easy problems on a Kilter board.
Climbing:
Select a problem that is reasonably easy for you. Overhanging terrain and good holds are ideal. Climb the problem normally first, using all the hands and feet.
Climb the problem 2-3 more times, systematically removing one hand or foothold each repeat.
The goal here is a mix of creativity and pressuring yourself. The problems should still climb well and flow, so you need to be smart about which holds you remove.
Combination:
This is a general session and can be combined with any climbing sessions. Perform at any time.
