Load determination:
Choose a bell that you can confidently use for the whole set. If you’re not sure, use lighter bells and complete a round of fewer reps to assess your readiness. Always err on the side of lighter bells.
To warm up, perform 1-2 rounds of fewer reps with the working weight bell.
(e.g. 2 clean, 2 press, 1 lunge.)
Combination:
Perform after all climbing or on a separate day.
Instructions:
4 total rounds – 2 rounds each side, unless otherwise specified by your plan.

Do not set the bell down between exercises.
Rest twice as long as it takes you to finish each round; so if the round takes you 1 minute, rest 2 minutes before the next round. Your plan may specify a different rest ratio.
