Peak Force Vector Distribution Test (2-arm)

Instructions:

This is a maximum effort test. Perform this test after 2 sleeps of rest since your last climbing session. Warm up thoroughly.

All tests are performed with two arms. This test can be done with a bar for pure force production, or with a hangboard like the Tension Flash board as a finger strength test. Your plan should specify either or both. Use a table like the below to record your results.
