Peak Force Grip Differential Test (1-arm)

Instructions:

This is a maximum effort test. Perform this test after 2 sleeps of rest since your last climbing session. Warm up thoroughly.

All tests are performed one arm at a time. Perform two tests of each grip size. Record your results in the table.
